We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, here’s how our refund process works:
Refund Window:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Refund Amount:
If approved, you will receive 50% of your original payment back. The remaining 50% is retained as a processing and service fee.

Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Physical item must be unused and in original condition

Important Notes:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not cover return shipping costs (if applicable).
